About Colm

 Small business owner for past 35 years. Quit may last job in the dark ages (1976) Never looked back. Colm and Pat have been married for past 38 years.

Right now, Pat and I  are improving our health by walking and losing weight.  

Colm owns a conventional distribution business known as Bread Roots that distributes organic, natural and gluten free products to health food stores across Southern Ontario, Canada. 

Colm is also very active on the internet promoting Global Cell Biz (just launching) Send Out Cards (greeting cards) and Immunotec (health and wellness). These businesses are unique and complimentary to each other. (You won't have to check your brain at the door if you join) These 3 business opportunities are pro active, progressive and professional.
